We’re two brothers-in-law who share more than family — we share a passion for building great businesses.

We moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, to set roots, get involved in the community, and leave a legacy for our growing families.

Together, we founded Kardona Group as a family-backed partnership dedicated to acquiring, operating, and growing companies with care and intention.

Between us, we’ve spent 20+ years building and scaling teams, generating revenue, and leveraging software to optimize operations across various industries.
